Family Law Approach

Child custody is a sensitive matter. Dr. Ehlermann has been through it himself and attempts to achieve what his client desires in each case. There are two types of custody: Legal and Physical. Legal custody has to do with major decisions for the child and Physical custody has to do with visitation. You can have joint physical custody but not have 50-50% visitation.

Dr. Ehlermann works with Amy Bell (his family law paralegal) on all the firms Family Law cases. He believes two minds are better than one in these sensitive issues and even better is that the other mind is that of the opposite sex. There is always a sensitive issue of problems regarding Family Law and we strive to understand your goals.
